Is Creative Con suitable for attendees of all abilities?

The Creative Con team (organized by POP Nippon Ltd) is committed to ensuring all our fans have an amazing experience. However, Creative Con is a popular event and the venue can get very busy and crowded. Visiting involves movement around the building, and the environment can be noisy. Please consider your individual needs when deciding whether to attend.

I require extra assistance while at the event. What are my options?

Carers Entry – We offer one free carers entry when accompanying an attendee that requires extra help. This permits access to the event for the sole purpose of assisting the full-paying attendee. As such, those entering with a carer pass will not be permitted to take part in activities as an individual (e.g., Photoshoots, Panels, etc.).

What is the accessibility of the venue?
Full details regarding venue accessibility can be found directly on the venue’s official website.

Are service animals permitted?
Assistance animals are welcome. Please contact the venue directly should you have specific concerns or special requirements.

Am I able to rent mobility aids?
Please contact the venue directly for information regarding the rental or availability of mobility aids.

I have an issue on the day, who can I talk to?
If you encounter any issues during the event, your first port of call should be our ‘Supervisors’ (identifiable by their Supervisor Lanyard). If they cannot resolve the issue, you may ask to speak to one of our Managers. Please note that it is difficult for us to rectify issues after the event has concluded, so please highlight them at the time.

How do I apply?
To enable us to issue wristbands efficiently on the day, we ask that you pre-register by contacting us via our contact form on the Creative Con website (www.creativecon.co.uk).
